To: Bill Niland, An Ambassador for Christ Jesus

I wanted to share with everyone a little bit of what this ministry is about and how it's blessed me, and I appreciate you giving me permission to do so. I have been acquainted with Bill Niland and the ministry since July 2001. I came to Bill knowing I had problems with demonic oppression, but knew nothing about how to take care of the situation. After an extensive "interview" with Bill, he then knew what he was up against, (which was no problem for him!).

May I share this with you? Bill is not afraid of any demonic forces. For you see, he is confident in who he is in Jesus Christ, thus enabling him to stand against any demon. (As any true Believer could do!)

Bill met with me, as I said, and began to cast out demons that were allowed in due to things in my past that I had done and ancestors had done. He also encountered one that was not a demon but an alter. Along the way there have been about 14 alters in all...more or less. I am not sure of the exact count.

I have observed and I am a witness to what Bill has written in his site is 100% correct!! I KNOW that alters are real to a person, but are fragments of ones mind that splits after a traumatic event. I KNOW that this must be taken care of, as it is double-mindedness, for I KNOW that one tends to turn to the alter to take care of life's tough situations and heartaches instead of turning to God, who is the ultimate problem solver, and healer of broken hearts. I KNOW that the alters each have demons around them, and they must be cast out before being able to work with the alter. But most of all...I KNOW that this problem is not of God...He does not want this to be...and it MUST be dealt with. Meaning, all sins MUST be renounced and you MUST forgive all from the heart.

Satan has no authority over any true Believer if he walks in the knowledge of who he is in Christ. We have been given power over all evil ones. This is a major battle to be fought. There are too many Christians that are not aware of the power and might that is from God, given to come against all demonic forces. We have the victory! We must simply walk in it.

Bill has worked with me extensively and I am truly grateful for what he has done for me. He taught me to look to Jesus and not myself (alters) for comfort. He's taught me to search the scriptures to learn just who I am in Christ, for in doing this I will become a stronger soldier in God's army. He's taught me that I am worthy, that I am forgiven past, present and future, and that God does love me. I knew all this...this is not new to me, but it was "head knowledge", now I know this from the heart.

Now, I speak to you, my Brother Bill... thank you so very much for allowing God to work through you in such a mighty way. You have a super special anointing upon you...you just keep on keeping on Brother. You and God's army continue to keep the demons on the run. There are many people that need deliverance...and God has placed a wonderful gift and calling upon you. I am most grateful, for I have reaped benefits from your ministry. I have truly received mercy from God and have been set free from bondage. I am no longer a slave to Satan or his demons. Thank you for teaching me, for assisting me, for walking me through deliverance from demons and in dealing with the alters. I thank you for your patience and kindness. You have become a wonderful teacher and a treasured friend in Jesus Christ. Also, I am grateful to your wife for being patient with me also. I have come to love her very much too. It is my heartfelt prayer that anyone who reads this will please allow God to set you free. There is absolutely no need to go one more day in slavery to sin, Satan, or any evil. When He sets you free, you will be free indeed!! Run to God, don't live in torment any longer. There is one here who God has called to assist you in such deliverance. Don't tarry...it's not necessary.
